Written On Her Heart {A Review}

Written On Her Heart {Callaway Cove Book One}

Author: Paige Rion

 “Ford Delaney has always wanted nothing more than to escape his past.

An opportunity of a lifetime. This is what Andi finds when she returns home to Callaway Cove on summer break. A chance to work for her literary idol Ford Delaney is up for grabs, and she’s willing to risk everything—her boyfriend, her best friends, and her education—to get it.”

This book was given to me in PDF form, something I’m not a fan of, but unlike all the other books I have as PDFs, I actually read and was hooked to this one!

I started reading this book one night before bed and I didn’t want to put it down!

As far as characters go, Andi is amazing. She’s a perfect female role and she definitely has my support throughout the story. Her relationship, her career, everything about her is changing and she has a hard time grasping that at first, but in the end she knows exactly what she wants!

Now for Mr. Ford Delaney, *girly squeal* The author didn’t create a typical male role, no muscular, deep and emotional guy. Just a regular every day guy who has a great job and doesn’t like to speak about his past, but opens up anyway. This definitely made the book better!

As for the storyline, it’s perfect. It’s a fate twist and a far shot from the usual love stories. I for one love this book and will give it a 5 out of 5. I wish I could give you guys a copy of it so you could see what I’m talking about, but I guess you’ll have to check it out on your own!
