Workout, Rise, and Repeat

Alright lovelies, it’s that time of year when everyone is giving up on their New Year’s resolution to work out. Right? If that’s you, then I’ve got the perfect post: Three steps to a workout routine, and a super easy, ten minutes max, beginner’s workout!

It’s sooooooo hard to stick to a workout! Been there, done that! Ab challenges, Zumba, everything! But finally I found some tips and a great workout plan, and I stuck to it.

First things first, make a list of why you want to workout, and make a list of rewards (logically, you shouldn’t use fatty foods!) to motivate yourself.

Next make your excercise schedule and put it in places you’re bound to notice throughout the day!

Second, make it fun! Try local classes, workout videos, dances, or even hold a workout party! Get some music and workout until a certain number of songs are over, then you’ll forget all about the struggle of working out!

Third, push through the pain and keep focusing on the outcome you want. I’d you’re looking for a bikini body, picture it as you workout! That’s a sure fire way to keep working!
